Biomass Research and Development Board
The Biomass Research and Development Board (Board) was created by the Biomass Research and Development Act of 2000, which was further ammended by the Food, Conservation and Energy Act of 2008. The Board’s mission is to coordinate federal research and development activities relating to biobased fuels, power, and products. A Continuity Committee has been established to continue the work of the Biomass R&D Board during the Administration transition period.
